Wolfgang Candy, one of America’s oldest family-owned chocolate companies, invites attendees of the Sweets and Snacks Expo to visit Booth #1767 for two unique pairing experiences.
Born through collaboration with Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Lancaster, limited-edition “Wolfgang’s Fulfillment” and “Wolfgang’s Indulgence” will be on tap for two special events during the 2014 show, held May 20-22 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Wolfgang’s Fulfillment, is a traditional German dunkelweizen accented with vanilla bean and the same Wolfgang raw cacao nibs that are used to make Wolfgang’s premium Belgian chocolate, infused during the aging process. It will be served Tuesday, May 20 from 1-4 p.m.
The second beer, Wolfgang’s Indulgence, is a milk stout brewed with cacao nibs and nitrogenated to create a cascade character. It will be served Wednesday, May 21 from 1-4 p.m.
Both beers are 5% ABV.
They will be served with Wolfgang NATURALS, 100% natural, “better for you,” Belgian chocolate crafted from Olde-World Wolfgang Family recipes.
“Wolfgang uses the cacao nib to craft some of its fine, natural pieces of chocolate,” said Wolfgang Candy Company CEO Ben McGlaughlin. “Join us for a chance to try one of these indulgent, chocolatey craft brews.”
