    What a fantastic combination of flavors! I received a box of these for Christmas and just opened them. There is a shortbread type cookie as the base, then a rich,tasty dark chocolate layer, and a fragrant,delicious creamy cherry flavor in between the chocolate layers. First you get the crunch of the cookie, then the luscious taste of the cherry and chocolate flavors. Just Fabulous! May just have to order some and definitely visit next time I go to Pennsylvania.
