Majority Owner/Shareholder
Michael Stillman, majority owner of Wolfgang Candy Company, has a long history of investing in and leading a diverse portfolio of successful businesses, including Mac-It Corporation, the original manufacturer of the hex wrench, where he is a partner and CEO. Mr. Stillman is also president of Food Management Systems, Inc, a Lancaster, PA, corporation that provides management and financial services for various businesses across multiple industries.
Benjamin A. McGlaughlin, CEO
Benjamin McGlaughlin is the great grandson of Delphi Eli and Mima Mae Wolfgang— Wolfgang Candy founders, and grandson to Glenn Wolfgang. He learned about the confectionery business early on, having worked at the family business prior to college. Mr. McGlaughlin returned to Wolfgang Candy Company in 2003 to oversee Finance, Human Resources & Risk Management as Managing Partner, Finance & Administration until being elevated to President & CEO in 2008.
Bruce Limpert, CFO
Bruce Limpert, a senior management professional with demonstrated experience and expertise in finance, capital and strategic management, has spent over 30 years working with people, businesses and business transitions. He has developed a deep understanding for credit and bank financing, risk management and commodity markets and relationship building. Mr. Limpert brings extensive experience with family-based and closely-held businesses experiencing growth and change to Wolfgang Candy Company in his capacity as CFO.
Brad McGlaughlin
Brad McGlaughlin is the great grandson of Delphi Eli and Mima Mae Wolfgang, Wolfgang Candy founders, and a grandson to Glenn Wolfgang. Brad spent much of his later childhood in the plant.
Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education at Messiah College and was a four year college soccer player. After college Brad continued to pursue his passion for soccer, playing professionally in Charlotte, North Carolina for eight seasons with the Charlotte Eagles, a division of Missionary Athletes International. During this time Brad also directed the organizations soccer camp and clinics programs reaching approximately 5,000 youths per year in Charlotte and along the east coast.
