Michael Stillman

CHAIRMAN & CEO

Michael Stillman, representing the Stillman Family Business, has a long history of investing in and leading a diverse portfolio of successful businesses, including Mac-It Corporation, the original manufacturer of the hex wrench, where he is a partner and CEO. Mr. Stillman is also president of Food Management Systems Inc, a corporation in Lancaster, PA that provides management and financial services for various businesses across multiple industries.

Sam Miller

PRESIDENT

Sam Miller is a senior management professional with experience in operations and marketing disciplines and has spent the last two decades aligning organizational perception in the marketplace with internal operations to create positive customer experiences. Sam has a long history of process improvement and team building development within family owned businesses and brings a unique experience to Wolfgang Fundraising having been involved in the fundraising division selling Wolfgang Candy as an elementary student in the York area. Sam earned his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College in International Business and Management and his MBA from York College with a concentration on Management. 

Bruce Limpert

CFO

Bruce Limpert, a senior management professional with demonstrated experience and expertise in finance, capital and strategic management, has spent over 30 years working with people, businesses and business transitions. He has developed a deep understanding for credit and bank financing, risk management and commodity markets and relationship building. Mr. Limpert brings extensive experience with family-based and closely-held businesses experiencing growth and change to Wolfgang Candy Company in his capacity as CFO.

Brad McGlaughlin

HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL 

Brad McGlaughlin is the great grandson of Delphi Eli and Mima Mae Wolfgang, Wolfgang Candy founders, and a grandson to Glenn Wolfgang. Brad spent much of his later childhood in the plant.

Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education at Messiah College and was a four year college soccer player. Brad returned to Wolfgang Candy in 2003 in the capacity of plant manager. Brad was responsible for building and developing Wolfgang Candy’s food safety and quality programs, including the initial certifications and several exemplary third-party and customer audits. He is currently Vice President of Operations overseeing all production, plant maintenance and operations.

Brad is the organizations representative with PMCA and other confectionery and snack groups.

Stillman Family

MAJORITY OWNER

In October 2012, Stillman Family Businesses (SFB), a private equity partnership, invested as the majority owner in Wolfgang Candy Company, adding the confectionery industry to their diverse management and ownership portfolio.

SFB was founded in 1969 by G. Patrick Stillman. From that time, the Stillman Family has invested in many businesses since their first purchase of a Dairy Queen franchise in Lancaster, PA. SFB consists of partners Michael Stillman, Robert Stillman, Suzan Ali and Pamela Loewen. The partnership has a long history of investing and leading a diverse portfolio of successful businesses. The SFB portfolio includes confectionery, organic grain mill manufacturing, agricultural / egg production, restaurants, auto auctions, fasteners, lodging, manufacturing of HVAC Ducts, and hot tub manufacturing and distribution. In addition, SFB through, Food Management Systems, Inc., a Lancaster, PA, corporation also provides management and financial services for various businesses across multiple industries.

All four partners of SFB are represented on the Wolfgang Candy Company Board of Directors.
