Wolfgang Candy Chose to Manufacture NBA Star Carmelo Anthony's New Chocolate Bar
YORK, Pa. - Wolfgang Candy Company Inc. today announced that PLB Sports Inc., a Pennsylvania-based company that develops new food products in conjunction with high-profile professional athletes, has chosen the family-owned confectionery manufacturer to produce a new candy bar featuring Denver Nuggets superstar rookie, Carmelo Anthony. Wolfgang will manufacture the chocolate and caramel Melo Bar and package it in a unique wrapper featuring the face of Carmelo Anthony, who was number three pick in last June's NBA draft and is now the Nuggets prized rookie forward.

The new bar will be sold exclusively at Colorado supermarket giant King Soopers, a division of The Kroger Company, with all profits donated to the charity of Anthony's choice.
