Sweet staff stuff

Ivy Strohecker joined Wolfgang Candy in August 2007. Serving as Manager-Marketing Programs, Ivy brings five years experience as a Patient Care Advocate and two years as Lead Supervisor from Express Scripts Inc. to her new role. Ivy assists Mike Schmid, Managing Partner, with promotions including coordination and development of brochures, sell sheets, and catalogs, direct mail and orders. She also books tradeshows and helps the team stay on top of marketing-related agendas.

Ivy shared, "I love my new position and the challenges it offers. Right away, I realized that my role at Wolfgang Candy fits like none before. It is rewarding being a part of this great team and helping the company to succeed."

Mike Schmid is eager to have her insights and support for the companies expanding product lines, services and national promotions, saying, “We are thrilled to have Ivy’s talents and energy to help Wolfgang Candy promote our products throughout the marketplace. Her customer service experience is truly an asset for both our team and customers.”

Ivy is a 1993 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Communications Media. An avid bicyclist who enjoys participating in The Tour de Cure for the American Diabetes Association, The Ride for Multiple Sclerosis and other charity events, Ivy is also a skier, kayaker, hiker and runner. She resides in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

Sewell Harris� granddaughter, sweet delivery
Sewell Harris makes sweet deliveries for Wolfgang Candy nearly every day! This time, the sweet delivery was not from a Wolfgang truck! He shared, �My first grandchild was born Monday, October 1, at 6:53 AM. Her name is Elliott Blair Harris. Her due date was actually September 26, 2007, but she waited until I got back from the Bloomsburg Fair, to be born. I actually got back from the fair Sunday afternoon, and we left for the hospital (Brynn Mar) Sunday evening at 9:45 PM!"
