Bruce Limpert, a senior management professional with demonstrated experience and expertise in finance, capital and strategic management, has spent over 30 years working with people, businesses and business transitions. He has developed a deep understanding for credit and bank financing, risk management and commodity markets and relationship building. Mr. Limpert brings extensive experience with family-based and closely-held businesses experiencing growth and change to Wolfgang Candy Company in his capacity as CFO.
Having acquired his MBA from Loyola University of Maryland, Mr. Limpert demonstrated his skills in strategic finance and corporate planning for various agribusinesses, first in senior management for Wenger’s Feed Mill, Inc., and then as the initial financial officer for the start-up and continued development of Country View Family Farms, the owned production subsidy of Hatfield Quality Meats, Inc.
Building on his strengths in business planning, financial analysis and performance measurement, he founded CPS Management Services, LLC (CPS), a consultancy that provides tools and services to businesses helping them to achieve ongoing financial success through capital stewardship, sustainable growth and value creation. Mr. Limpert’s background also includes numerous board and leadership experiences with agricultural, healthcare and other profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as church, school district and his local community.
