As president, Andrew (Andy) Jacobs brings world-class senior leadership to Wolfgang Candy, providing over 20 years of confectionery experience with a strong background in sales, brand marketing, and shopper marketing.

Andy Jacobs is a results-oriented team leader with solid track record of driving sales, profit growth and market share. He has demonstrated ability to build top-tier teams, develop collaborative customer relationships and to leverage consumer, shopper and category insights to deliver creative solutions that drive sustainable growth. Andy Jacobs has extensive experience with the global Walmart business and with managing retail channel complexity across all traditional retail channels, including Food, Drug, Mass, Convenience, Dollar, and Warehouse Club.

Prior to joining the ownership and management team at Wolfgang, Andy Jacobs served, for nearly a decade, in numerous leadership positions at The Hershey Company, including vice president and general manager of US customers where he focused on leading Hershey’s US sales, category management, and shopper marketing. Andy Jacobs has also held previous marketing and leadership positions at Nabisco’s LifeSavers Division and at Brach’s Confections.

Andy Jacobs holds a bachelor of arts degree from Denison University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He has served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).
