Chef Wolfgang's Caramelt Hot Chocolate
3.5 Cups Whole or Skim Milk
Wolfgang Milk Chocolate Caramelts (approximately 1 to 1.5 cups)
Heat milk in a saucepan on the stove. Stir continuously as to not allow the milk to boil. Add the Wolfgang Caramelts to the heated milk. Stir until the chocolate and caramel are melted and evenly mixed throughout the hot milk. Yield: 3.5 cups. Enjoy!
