Walk a day in my shoes...

If you knew Sewell Harris, you’d say, “He’s a guy who puts his best foot forward every day.” Sewell, who has been Wolfgang’s delivery person for many years, says that he has watched retail deliveries grow tremendously, but says his team manages inventory and schedules more efficiently than ever so that he still gets deliveries done, keeping store shelves stocked.

Heading to a new Boyer’s Market that recently opened in Fleetwood, PA, Sewell’s Google map led him off trail. With important Wolfgang Candy deliveries to make, Sewell decided to ask directions from some construction workers across the street, so he parked and walked over to them. Reading a map as he turned to leave, Sewell suddenly felt his feet weighted down...as he trudged through wet cement at the construction site. Sewell said he shrugged an apology to the workers who waved him on, and set out in his cement boots (well, sneakers) to complete the day’s deliveries. Thanks, Sewell for not letting anything weigh you down!
